DMIT stands for Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test. Derma means skin and Glyphics are ridges present on the skin. The input to the test is fingerprints present on tips of our fingers. Fingerprints develop at the same time as lobes of the brain develop. There are 5 lobes in the human brain – Pre-Frontal, Frontal, Parietal, Temporal, and Occipital.
